Thank you for your interest in becoming a Supporter for World Cafe for Fall 2025! (November 11 - December 18)

First, please see both ①'World Cafe Supporter Guide Video and Slides' and ②'Supporter Demonstration Video and How to Facilitate' below for information on World Cafe, Supporters, and facilitating as a Supporter. 

Please keep in mind the ②'Supporter Demonstration Video and How to Facilitate' was made for World Cafe online sessions. Since then World Cafe has been held in-person, and while World Cafe is essentially the same online and in-person, not all points in the videos will apply for in-person World Cafe. However, please still view the video for your reference, and you can find more information regarding World Cafe for this semester on the 'Supporter Application Form' and Application Timeline below. 

Application Timeline: 

１．<Monday, October 20, 9:00am> Application Deadline

２．<~October 21> Invitation by email to those selected to become Supporters. Please make sure to check your email!

３．<October 22~24> Come to the International Office to get your picture taken for the World Cafe website (viewable only to Rikkyo students) and ask any questions you have to Global Lounge staff. (If you do not want your picture on the website or want to submit your own, please consult with Global Lounge staff). This date may change so check the instructions in the email inviting you to be a Supporter. We will have you submit a short self-introduction statement as well.
４．<November 11 ~ December 18> Attend "World Café" every week at your assigned time and place (Ikebukuro and/or Niiza).
