9月10月留学生歓迎イベント／September and October new international student welcome events
学期の始まりに、主に新入留学生を歓迎するためにいくつかのイベントを開催しました！「新座キャンパスに行ってみよう！」「秋国際交流歓迎会」「趣味を通じて友達を作ろう～」「World to Rikkyo Trivia and Talking Event」合計250名の立教生が参加しました！In the beginning of the semester we held a few social events mainly to welcome new international students, including 'Let's go to Niiza Campus!', 'Fall International Welcome Social', 'Let's Make (Hobby) Friends~' and 'World to Rikkyo Trivia and Talking'. In total 250 Rikkyo students joined these events!

Country Festa! (12月6日、池袋）、(December 6, Ikebukuro)
中国とインドネシア出身の留学生がブースと踊りの披露を通して14名の立教生に出身国と文化を紹介しました！International students from China and Indonesia introduced their countries and cultures to 14 Rikkyo students through booths and dance performances! 

Language Lounge
毎月両キャンパスで英語、朝鮮語、中国語で、立教生同士、司会なしで気軽に交流できるイベントです。今学期85名参加！An event at both campuses where Rikkyo students can talk with each other freely, with no conversation leader, in English, Korean, or Chinese every month. This semester 85 students joined! 

ワールドカフェ World Cafe
サポーターと参加者が少人数で、サポーターの言語 (英語・中国語・朝鮮語・スペイン語・ドイツ語・フランス語・日本語) で気軽に交流できるイベントです。今学期200名参加！（池袋137名、新座63名）An event where participants talk casually in small groups with Supporters in various languages (English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, German, French, Japanese). This semester 200 students joined! (137 at Ikebukuro, 63 at Niiza). 

国際交流クリスマスパーティー International Christmas Party（12月12日、新座）(December 12, Niiza)
55の立教生（留学生18名、国内学生37名）が新座キャンパスの太刀川記念交流会館で小グループで晩ご飯を食べたりクリスマスをテーマにしたゲームしたりプレゼント交換したりしました。グローバルラウンジの学生スタッフの2人が企画をしました。A total of 55 Rikkyo students (18 international and 37 domestic students) had dinner, played Christmas-themed games, and exchanged presents in small groups at the Niiza Campus Tachikawa Memorial International Hall.  Planned by two of our Global Lounge Student Staff. 

Santa Village Party（12月16日、池袋）(December 16, Ikebukuro)
合計29の立教生（留学生19名、国内学生10名）がグローバルラウンジで小グループでクリスマスをテーマにしたゲームをしたりクリスマスクッキーの飾りをしたりしました。グローバルラウンジの学生スタッフの2人が企画と司会をしました。A total of 29 Rikkyo students (19 international students and 10 domestic students) enjoyed playing Christmas-themed games and decorating Christmas cookies in small groups.  Planned and run by two of our Global Lounge Student Staff. 

短期日本語プログラムの学生と交流（11月～1月）Social events for short-term Japanese language program students (November ~ January)
秋と冬の短期日本語プログラムのために約70名の留学生がオーストラリア、韓国、オランダ、ニュージーランドの大学から立教に来て７つのイベントに渡り立教生と交流しました。12月は日本文化紹介、日本語カフェ、坊主めくり、1月はテニス、伝統的な遊び、日本語カフェ、日本舞踊のイベント。In total around 70 short-term Japanese language program students from universities in Australia, Netherlands, South Korea, and New Zealand and Rikkyo students enjoyed the following events: Japanese culture presentation, Japanese Cafe, Bouzu Mekuri in November and December, and tennis, Japanese traditional games, Japanese Cafe, and a Japanese dance performance in January. 

日本文化紹介＋国際交流（12月6日、池袋）Japanese Culture Presentation + Social Event (July 9, Ikebukuro)
日本人学生が日本の俳句の書き方について教えたあと皆で書いて栞を作りました。5名の留学生と4名の国内学生が参加しました。A Japanese student taught everyone how to write Haiku (a kind of Japanese poem), and then everyone wrote their own and made bookmarks together. 5 international students and 4 domestic students joined. 

大相撲トーナメントツアー（2月9日）Sumo Tournament Tour (February 9)
43名の立教生（31名の留学生と12名の国内学生）が両国で相撲の力士がよく食べるちゃんこ鍋を食べたあとに一緒に相撲トーナメントを観戦しました。43 Rikkyo students (31 international students and 12 domestic students) had chanko-nabe for lunch, a food that Sumo wrestlers often eat, and then watched the Sumo tournament together. 

国際交流Welcome Weeks/ International Welcome Weeks
学期の始まりに、新入留学生を歓迎するためにいくつかのイベントを開催しました！「新座キャンパスに行ってみよう！」「春国際交流歓迎会」「趣味を通じて友達を作ろう～」「English Game and Snack Night」。In the beginning of the semester we held a few events to welcome new international students. Includes 'Let's go to Niiza Campus!', 'Fall International Welcome Social', 'Let's Make (Hobby) Friends~' and 'English Game and Snack Night'. 

Country Festa! (7月1、2、5日、池袋）、(July 1, 2, 5, Niiza)
3日にわたり、中国、ベラルーシ、インドネシア出身の留学生がブース、発表、演奏を通して28名の立教生に出身国と文化を紹介しました！Over 3 days, international students from China, Belarus, and Indonesia introduced their countries and cultures to 28 Rikkyo students through booths, presentations, and performances! 

Language Lounge
毎月英語、朝鮮語、中国語で、立教生同士、司会なしで気軽に交流ができます。今学期約183名参加！その中、125名は英語、58名は朝鮮語か中国語で、そして136名は池袋で、47名は新座で交流しました。An event where Rikkyo students can talk with each other freely, with no conversation leader, in English, Korean, or Chinese every month. This semester 183 students joined! Among those, 125 talked in English, and 58 talked in Korean or Chinese, and 136 joined at Ikebukuro Campus, and 47 at Niiza Campus.

ワールドカフェ World Cafe
サポーターと参加者が少人数で、様々な言語 (英語・中国語・朝鮮語・スペイン語・ドイツ語・フランス語・日本語) で気軽に交流できます。今学期233名参加！（池袋195名、新座38名）An event where participants talk casually in small groups with Supporters in various languages (English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, German, French, Japanese). This semester 233 students joined! (195 at Ikebukuro, 38 at Niiza). 

Ikebukuro Campus Treasure Hunt（7月16日、池袋）(July 16, Ikebukuro)
合計21の立教生（留学生11名、国内学生10名）が小グループで謎解きをしながらキャンパスを探検しました。グローバルラウンジの学生スタッフの2人が企画と司会をしました。A total of 21 Rikkyo students (11 international and 10 domestic students) enjoyed solving puzzles and exploring campus in small groups.  Planned by two of our Global Lounge Student Staff. 

グローバルラウンジのサマーフェスタ（7月17日、池袋）Global Lounge Summer Fiesta (July 17, Ikebukuro)
合計14の立教生（留学生10名、国内学生4名）がグローバルラウンジで輪投げとゴム射的、ボードゲームと夏祭りの雰囲気を楽しみました。グローバルラウンジの学生スタッフの2人が企画と司会をしました。A total of 14 Rikkyo students (10 international students and 4 domestic students) enjoyed a festival atmosphere with festival games like ring-toss tic-tac-toe, rubber band shooting, as well as some board games.  Planned by two of our Global Lounge Student Staff. 

Discussion Cafe （7月9日、新座、7月18日、池袋）（July 9, Niiza, July 18, Ikebukuro)
二つのイベントに渡り2名の留学生と11名の国内学生が2名の日本人学生に提案していただいたテーマ（「英語（外国語）の勉強にどうやってAIを利用できるか」と「クールジャパンとは何？　～海外から日本を見つめなおす～  」)について英語と日本語でディスカッションを行いました。Across two events, 2 international students and 11 domestic students discussed topics in English and Japanese chosen by two Japanese students. The first day was ''How to study English or other languages using AI'' and the second day was ''What is 'Cool Japan'? ~Looking at Japan from the outside~''

日本文化紹介＋国際交流（7月9日、池袋）Japanese Culture Presentation + Social Event (July 9, Ikebukuro)
日本人学生のボランティアが日本のアイドルの文化について発表をしたあと、7名の留学生と4名の国内学生が交流しました。A Japanese student gave a presentation about Japanese idol culture, and then 7 international students and 4 domestic students talked with each other. 

Texas State University students visit Rikkyo（6月7日、池袋、June 7, Ikebukuro）
アメリカのテキサス州立大学の学生たちが立教を訪問し、18名アメリカ人の学生たちが10名の立教生とグローバルラウンジで交流し、キャンパスツアーに行き、一緒に昼ご飯を食べました。Students from Texas State University visited Rikkyo, and 18 American students and 10 Rikkyo students enjoyed talking, a campus tour, and lunch together. 

日本語短期プログラムの学生と交流（7月24日と30日、池袋）Social events for short-term Japanese language program students (July 24 and 30, Ikebukuro)
約10名の短期日本語プログラムの留学生が立教生と交流しました。24日のイベントでは坊主めくりとカルタのゲームを楽しんで、30日に留学生たちが授業で学んだ日本語を使って日本語と英語で会話をしました。Around 10 short-term Japanese language program students enjoyed playing Bouzu-mekuri and Karuta games on the 24th, and had conversation in English and Japanese using the Japanese they learned in class on the 30th with other Rikkyo students.
