9月と10月の留学生歓迎イベント／September and October new international student welcome events
学期の始まりに、主に新入留学生を歓迎するためにいくつかのイベントを開催しました！「新座キャンパスに行ってみよう！」「秋国際交流歓迎会」「趣味を通じて友達を作ろう～」「World to Rikkyo Trivia and Talking」合計246名の立教生が参加しました！In the beginning of the semester we held a few social events mainly to welcome new international students, including 'Let's go to Niiza Campus!', 'Fall International Welcome Social', 'Let's Make (Hobby) Friends~' and 'World to Rikkyo Trivia and Talking'. In total 246 Rikkyo students joined these events!

Country Festa! (12月1日と5日、池袋）、(1 and 5 Dec, Ikebukuro)
中国、ウェールズ、インドネシア、ウクライナ出身の留学生がブース、楽器の体験と発表を通して36名の立教生に出身国と文化を紹介しました！International students from China, Wales, Indonesia, and Ukraine introduced their countries and cultures to 36 Rikkyo students through booths, musical instruments and presentations! 

Language Lounge
毎月両キャンパスで英語、朝鮮語、中国語で、立教生同士、司会なしで気軽に交流できるイベントです。今学期108名参加！An event at both campuses where Rikkyo students can talk with each other freely, with no conversation leader, in English, Korean, or Chinese every month. This semester 108 students joined! 

ワールドカフェ World Cafe
サポーターと参加者が少人数で、サポーターの言語 (英語・中国語・朝鮮語・スペイン語・ドイツ語・フランス語・日本語) で気軽に交流できるイベントです。今学期172名参加！（池袋129名、新座43名）An event where participants talk casually in small groups with Supporters in various languages (English, Chinese, Korean, Spanish, German, French, Japanese). This semester 172 students joined! (129 at Ikebukuro, 43 at Niiza). 

グローバルラウンジのスピードミキサ― Global Lounge Speed Mixer（12月11日、池袋）(11 Dec, Ikebukuro)
24の立教生（留学生12名、国内学生12名）が留学生と国内学生に別れてグローバルラウンジを回って2人組で5分話して新しい友達を作りました。グローバルラウンジの学生スタッフの2人が企画をしました。A total of 24 Rikkyo students (12 international and 12 domestic students) split into international and domestic students, took turns talking to different people for 5 minutes each and made new friends. Planned by two of our Global Lounge Student Staff. 

国際交流クリスマスパーティー International Christmas Party（12月17日、新座）(17 Dec, Niiza)
50の立教生（留学生30名、国内学生20名）が新座キャンパスの太刀川記念交流会館で小グループで晩ご飯を食べたりクリスマスをテーマにしたゲームしたりプレゼント交換したりしました。グローバルラウンジの学生スタッフの2人が企画をしました。A total of 50 Rikkyo students (30 international and 20 domestic students) had dinner, played Christmas-themed games, and exchanged presents in small groups at the Niiza Campus Tachikawa Memorial International Hall.  Planned by two of our Global Lounge Student Staff. 

茶道体験 Tea Ceremony Experience（12月19日、池袋）(19 Dec, Ikebukuro)
14の留学生が茶道部と茶道体験をしました。グローバルラウンジの学生スタッフの1人が企画をしました。A total of 14 international students joined a Japanese tea ceremony experience by the Rikkyo Tea Ceremony Club. Planned by one of our Global Lounge Student Staff. 

日本文化紹介＋国際交流（11月28日、池袋）Japanese Culture Presentation + Social Event (28 Nov, Ikebukuro)
日本人学生が日本のお菓子について発表してくれて、そのあと留学生と国内学生が小グループで交流しました。9名の留学生と6名の国内学生が参加しました。Japanese students gave a presentation about Japanese 'Okashi', and then international and domestic students chatted in small groups. 9 international students and 6 domestic students joined. 

短期日本語プログラムの学生と交流（1月）Social events for short-term Japanese language program students (January)
夏の短期日本語プログラムの留学生が立教生と交流できるイベントを二つ開催しました（百人一首で坊主めくり、そして日本語カフェ）。イベントで合計20名の学生が交流しました。Two social events were held for summer short-term Japanese language program students to meet other Rikkyo students. In total around 20 students joined the events, Japanese card game Bouzu Mekuri and Japanese Cafe. 

国際交流Welcome Weeks／International Welcome Weeks
学期の始まりに、主に新入留学生を歓迎するためにいくつかのイベントを開催しました！「新座キャンパスに行ってみよう！」「春国際交流歓迎会」「趣味を通じて友達を作ろう～」「English Game and Snack Night」合計294名の立教生が参加しました！In the beginning of the semester we held a few social events mainly to welcome new international students, including 'Let's go to Niiza Campus!', 'Spring International Welcome Social', 'Let's Make (Hobby) Friends~' and 'English Game & Snack Night'. In total 294 Rikkyo students joined these events!

Country Festa! (6月30日、池袋）、(June 30, Ikebukuro)
アメリカ（ハワイ）、ウクライナ、インドネシア、中国、シンガポール、カンボジア出身の留学生がブースと踊りの披露を通して31名の立教生に出身国と文化を紹介しました！International students from USA (Hawaii), Ukraine, Indonesia, China, Singapore, and Cambodia introduced their countries and cultures to 31 Rikkyo students through booths and dance performances!

グローバルラウンジ七夕祭り Global Lounge Tanabata Festival（7月7日、池袋）(July 7, Ikebukuro)
58の立教生（留学生32名、国内学生26名）がグローバルラウンジで七夕の短冊や他の飾りを作ったり抹茶ラテを作ったりしました。グローバルラウンジの学生スタッフの2人が企画をしました。A total of 58 Rikkyo students (32 international and 26 domestic students) wrote their wishes on Tanzaku, made other Tanabata decorations, and made matcha lattes. Planned by two of our Global Lounge Student Staff. 

てるてる坊主コンテスト Teruterubouzu Competition（7月10日、池袋）(July 10, Ikebukuro)
合計20の立教生がグローバルラウンジで小グループでゲームをしたりてるてる坊主を作って一番好きなてるてる坊主に投票したりしました。グローバルラウンジの学生スタッフの2人が企画と司会をしました。A total of 20 Rikkyo students enjoyed playing games and then making Teruterubouzu (a kind of charm for good weather) and voted for their favorites.  Planned and run by two of our Global Lounge Student Staff. 

短期日本語プログラムの学生と交流（7月）Social events for short-term Japanese language program students (July)
夏の短期日本語プログラムの留学生が立教生と交流できるイベントを二つ開催しました（百人一首で坊主めくり、そして日本語カフェ）。イベントで合計20名の学生が交流しました。Two social events were held for summer short-term Japanese language program students to meet other Rikkyo students. In total around 20 students joined the events, Japanese card game Bouzu Mekuri and Japanese Cafe.

日本人学生が和紙について発表してくれて、そのあと留学生と国内学生が小グループで交流しました。12名の留学生と5名の国内学生が参加しました。Japanese students gave a presentation about 'Washi', Japanese paper, and then international and domestic students chatted in small groups. 12 international students and 5 domestic students joined.
