Swing into summer with our Jazz Ensembles, where students in grades 4-12 can explore the exciting world of jazz in a fun, engaging, and supportive environment! These ensembles focus on developing essential jazz skills, including improvisation, group interaction, and stylistic interpretation. Students will build confidence while improving their listening, ensemble playing, and musical expression—all in a non-competitive, collaborative setting. Whether you're new to jazz or an experienced player, this program is a great way to grow as a musician while having a blast making music!

This class is highly recommended for all jazz band students. Discover the art of creating music on the spot! This class is highly recommended for all jazz band students and anyone looking to build confidence in their soloing skills. Students will learn how to craft improvised solos using essential techniques such as chord outlines, rhythmic variation, and major, minor, and blues scales. Through guided exercises and playing opportunities, students will develop their musical ear, creativity, and personal style. Whether you're new to improvisation or looking to refine your skills, this class will give you the tools to take your solos to the next level!
