Registration Cost - $275 per student, per session

IMPORTANT

Cancellations before May 1st will be refunded and assessed a $25 cancellation fee.

Refunds are unavailable for cancellations after May 1st as teachers will be hired & supplies will be ordered based on enrollment.

Elementary Program

The Elementary Program is the best of the school day put into a week-long experience. Students will spend the warm summer hours both inside the classroom and outside enjoying the sun. On a typical day, you will find students playing learning games that reinforce math skills, reading their favorite books, and using their imaginations to problem-solve new creations in art and STEM. Each day is filled with opportunities for social-emotional support and fun projects led by a fantastic staff of certified RPS teachers. Last but not least, a well-deserved snack and recess break outside for grade-level students provides time for play and exercise.

For our rising K students, we have a program called Jump Start to Kindergarten that will include all the elements above as well as an emphasis on skills that will support the transition to our kindergarten classrooms.

The 2025 Elementary Program will run from 8:30 AM to 12:30 PM at Farmingville Elementary School

Theme: STEAM

July 7 - July 11

Session 2

Theme: CREATIVE ARTS

July 14 - July 18

Session 3

Theme: SPORTS

July 21 - July 25

Arrival & Dismissal:

Please note that drop-off starts at 8:15 AM. Dismissal begins at 12:15 PM.
Cars should have students first and last name(s) and grade level for the 25-26 year posted on the passenger side of the front windshield for dismissal.

Attendance: If your child is going to be absent from the program, please let us know ahead of time (contact information to follow)

Medical / Nurse: There is a full-time nurse on staff (contact information available before the session)

Transportation to the Boys & Girls Club is provided (more information to come)

What to bring:

Bag/Backpack
Nut-free snack
Reusable water bottle - labeled with their name
Hat (cover from the sun)
If applicable: Epi-pen/medication needed to be administered during Bridge hours

What to expect:

Students will participate in age-appropriate activities that align with their interests and include academic, social, and emotional skill-building.

Classes will take place in a regular classroom, gymnasium, and outside. Students should come dressed appropriately for the weather and physical activity. Please apply sunscreen before arrival.

Impact of Cancellation: Our programs are built on student interest and require the purchase of materials and consumables to make them fun and engaging! If your plans change and your child can no longer attend, please notify us by May 1st. There is a cancelation fee of $25 before May 1st, after May 1st we are not able to provide refunds.
