Registration for Forever Summer Bridge is a multi-step process. When you register for a specific program or course, Directors will ensure that there is space available, and if applicable, the selection is approved by RHS (for course credit). Spots will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.
Due to the complexity of programming and staffing, confirmation of registration is not automatic and will be recieved in an email form and may take 7 to 10 days. When confirmation email is sent, directions for payment will be included. If there is no space, families will receive communication about the waitlist status.
The final stage of registration occurs when confirmation and receipt of payment is emailed to families. Until the final stage is completed, we will not assume that registration is complete.
Cancellation
Our programs are built on student interest and require the hiring of our teachers, and the purchasing of materials and consumables to make them fun and engaging! If your plans change and your child can no longer attend, please notify us by May 1st. There is a cancelation fee of $25 prior to May 1st, after May 1st we are not able to provide refunds.
Funding
The Forever Bridge Program at RPS is designed to provide RPS students with creative, out of the box programming and academic support and enrichment over the summer from their highly talented and engaged teachers. In addition, the director positions provide our teachers with leadership expereinces outside of the school year and school day. Our fees only cover the costs of staffing, including nursing and security services, planning and materials. As the program grows over the years, we will continue to revise our fees, either up or down, to only cover these costs.
