Travel Advisory

The state of Connecticut has updated the existing COVID-19 travel advisory.

Now, all states are on the advisory list except for New York, New Jersey, and Rhode Island.

When returning from a state on the advisory list, you may either: (1) quarantine for 10 days, or (2) get a rapid antigen or PCR test within 72 hours of arriving back in CT or any time after. Adherence to one of these two options is required by the state of CT if you travel to any state on the advisory list. Please forward a copy of your results to your school nurse.

The COVID-19 vaccine is now being given in Connecticut. Our school nurses have appointments to receive the vaccine in the coming days, and our Nursing Coordinator, Aaron Crook, received his first dose yesterday! As soon as the vaccine is available for faculty, we will be working with the Town of Ridgefield Health Department to administer it. Vaccine Phases can be found here.
