Testing

Students do not need to register or pay for any of these school day tests. They will be automatically registered. 

• PSAT 8/9 for all 9th graders:  March/April 2026

• PSAT 10 for all sophomores: March 2026

• CT School Day SAT for all Juniors: March 2026  

In school PSAT & SAT testing dates are subject to change.

For students with accommodations through IEPS or 504 plans, speak with your school counselor.  Once accommodations are secured through the College Board, students can register for a test.  For the ACT, students must first register for the test, then the school counselor will submit an accommodations request.

The SAT is hosted at Ridgefield on the October, May and June College Board Saturday testing date. Students can sign up for these tests through the College Board website and choose Ridgefield High School as the testing location. 

The PSAT/NMSQT is hosted at Ridgefield High School in October. This is an optional test for a fee for our RHS students only.
