A Letter from Delta Phi Epsilon...

Welcome to the Delta Sigma Chapter of Delta Phi Epsilon!

I hope that our NPC website as well as our chapter’s social media sites give you some helpful insight into what being in our chapter is all about, starting with our sisterhood. This chapter has helped me grow so much as a person and being elected to serve as the 2023 Chapter President is something I am truly grateful for. I know that it will give me the opportunity to give back to my chapter who has already given so much to me. The sisterhood that I have supporting me everyday to be able to fulfill the duties of this position, is the same group of strong young women that I am so blessed to lead.

While DPhiE spends a lot of our time raising both money and awareness for our philanthropies (ANAD, CFF, & The Delta Phi Epsilon Educational Foundation), we also like to focus on who we are as individuals and how we can help each other grow. Each of our positions hold extremely important jobs in making sure that not only are our academics up to our high standards but also that our involvement, leadership, and sisterhood are just as strong. Our values consist of Justice, Sisterhood, and Love which are three of many things that we hold true to our hearts. Joining Delta Phi Epsilon has easily been the greatest decision I have made during my time at Rider University because I was given the opportunity to create bonds with my sisters that I know will last a lifetime. Being a sister of DPhiE has also taught me many\ valuable lessons and social skills that I will be able to carry with me throughout my future career and life journey.

Something else that our sisters take immense pride in is our motto– "Esse Quam Videri” or “To Be Rather Than to Seem to Be.” This guides us in learning to be comfortable in our own skin and to teach others to do the same. If you need absolutely anything, please do not hesitate to reach out to me.

With love and YITS,

Breanna Farney, Chapter President
