Your Email and Computer Login

In Richland2, every student has a Google account that includes Gmail, Google Drive, and many other applications. Your email address is made up of your 8-digit ID number @richland2.org. 

Your email address requires 8 digits, so if the student ID # is 5 digits, add 3 zeros in front; if it is 6 digits, add 2 zeros in front. For example, if your ID number is 12345, then your 8-digit ID is 00012345. That makes your email address 00012345@richland2.org. If your ID number is 654321, then your 8-digit ID is 00654321. That makes your email address 00654321@richland2.org.

To log in to a desktop or laptop computer, use your 8-digit ID and password. To log in to a Chromebook, use your email address and your password. 

How to change your current password

Go to password.richland2.org and log in with your 8-digit ID number and your current password. You can then choose your new password and enter it, and then re-enter it. Your password may not contain your first or last names and must have at least 8 characters and must include 3 of the following: Upper case letter, lower case letter, number, and symbol - for example: Blazers2026! or G0Bl@zers!.

Your Richland Two Email Account 

Your Richland Two Email account should be used for school/educational purposes only. Please do not use this email address to register or sign up for newsletters, social media accounts, shopping sites, etc.
