GCSE History gives you the chance to study, discuss and argue about these and many other questions, using a wide variety of media and sources.
The main aim of the course is an ambitious one: to engage students with a broad and diverse study of the history of Britain and the wider world and give them skills that will support progression to further study of history and a wide range of other subjects. The History department has made a particular effort to design a fascinating course that pupils of all abilities can follow and enjoy.
