Abstract

First, the production of coffee in El Salvador started many years ago and they impulsed the economy of the country for many years.

But nowadays, a lot of Salvadorians prefer to consume products made by other countries and this statistic is very displeasing because El Salvador has the fourth place among the countries that most consumes coffee in Latin America.

El Salvador has a lot of places to produce coffee but the quality by statistics in many years says that the quality in the country was poor.

This project has two big goals, the first one is to start a big production in the country that propulses other companies to invest in the quality of the coffre in the country.

The second one is to create a lot of ads and campaigns to impulse Salvadorians to sell and buy local products because most of the coffee that people prefer is made in other countries.

OK, what about the steps of the production of coffee in the factory ?

The first step is to search for the best grains of coffee in the country because the company wants to sell the best quality.

The second step is to clean the grains and after that they need to burn it because if you want a good flavor, smell and quality you need to burn it.

After that you the grains need to pass through a process of crushing because the goal of the company is that the grain of coffee feels like the dust.

The coffee is passed in the final process that is the packing of the coffee in the different presentations that the company offers.

Finally you deserve to drink a big cup of coffee with pan dulce.
