Description
The following project consists of a Board Game, created to promote the education and development of skills both on a personal and mental level, either in young children or adults, putting them to the test and exploiting those capacities over a certain period of time so that your brain will gradually get used to quick observation and fluent formulation, however in addition to serving as learning or a short review of your study, it is also intended to distract and have a good time with family or friends.
In the project we will be able to observe how the creation of the board game, the gameplay, rules, etc. has been. But all the design processes will also be explained to be able to reach the final pieces of the game, cards, packaging, advertising, branding, etc.
Objectives
General
Create a board game proposal that develops knowledge about general culture and is attractive to young people.
Specific
-Design a board game in which one of the sustainable development goals (SDG 4: Quality Education) is applied, thus providing knowledge to young people in a more dynamic and interesting way.
-Propose functional graphic pieces, through a creative process and critical thinking.
Conclusion
In conclusion, the project presented above was carried out based on an arduous investigation which worked to develop visual skills in relation to the critical and methodical aspect to create a board game with both additional and promotional elements, for example game cards, packajing etc… retaking knowledge such as color theory, shapes and finishes according to what you want to convey and who you want to reach, a harmonious structure with the concept of the game, encompassing a graphic and functional process.
This is how Kracky contributes to education in an entertaining and creative way based on the amount of knowledge about different subjects that players have through cards with questions on different topics, including entertainment, sports, history, geography and science with the in order to motivate the participants to learn more about general culture topics so they can win the game and beat kracky.
