El proyecto consta de un instituto con el nombre de "Mies Van der Rohe" en honor al arquitecto con el mismo nombre, que se utilizó porque es uno de los mayores representantes del minimalismo y es lo que es que se busca transmitir, el proyecto está orientado a minimalismo, bajo una conceptualización de funcionalidad.

El proyecto busca crear un alumno agradable ambiente, donde el personal y los estudiantes se sienten en un ambiente agradable y confortable para realizar sus actividades de la mejor manera posible.

Objetivo específico:

• Abordar la necesidad académica de calidad en el constante crecimiento comunidades dentro de Santa Tecla y municipios aledaños.

• Ofrecer instalaciones de primer nivel que contribuyan al desarrollo personal de los usuarios y facilitar las actividades diarias.

• Tomar la funcionalidad del proyecto como principal directriz, proponiendo una opción moderna, llamativa, respetuosa con el medio ambiente y que combina diferentes referentes latinoamericanos que aportan a la cultura desarrollo a través del diseño de espacios.

• Implementar de manera eficiente y responsable el conjunto con el urbano espacio, contribuyendo a la estética de la zona.
