The Kolb PBIS team provides Tier I universal supports to all students and Tier II and III intervention services to support students who are in need of additional behavioral supports. The PBIS system is designed to create an inclusive school culture that helps students develop appropriate behaviors to help them achieve academic, behavioral, and social emotional success. 

At Kolb, PBIS helps us create a positive and safe learning environment by teaching and reinforcing positive behaviors. Our three core expectations—Respectable, Responsible, and Safe—guide students in making positive choices every day.
