Our school was recognized as a Silver Award recipient for our Implementation of PBIS Strategies during the 24/25 school year. We are always striving for improvement, we plan to focus on the following areas for improvement as we move into our 24/25 school year:
Tier 1
Feature 1.9 Feedback and Acknowledgement
A focus of our team this school year will be to create fidelity across teaching staff with usage of the Points System. The team will create a point chart for each classroom to encourage teachers to give points for specific expected behaviors in each class.
Tier 2
Feature 2.1 Team Composition
A focus of our team this school year will be to create a team of dedicated collaborators that are representative of the diverse populations we have across campus. Our goal is to have the team meet at least monthly to identify students in need of additional supports and develop appropriate supports to help them in their success.
