Our school was recognized as a Silver Award recipient for our Implementation of PBIS Strategies during the 23/24 school year. We are always striving for improvement, we plan to focus on the following areas for improvement as we move into our 24/25 school year:
Tier 1
Feature 1.2 Team Operating Procedures
A focus of our team this school year will be to create an Agenda and Minutes system that focuses on specific Action Items that are created in response to the data that is collected and presented at each meeting. By focusing on data driven Action Items, we hope to create a school culture that fosters a sense of belonging in our students.
Tier 2
Feature 2.1 Team Composition
A focus of our team this school year will be to create a team of dedicated collaborators that are representative of the diverse populations we have across campus. Our goal is to have the team meet at least monthly to identify students in need of additional supports and develop appropriate supports to help them in their success.
