Saving and accessing files / OneDrive

We highly recommend the use of Microsoft OneDrive for saving your files. This is an online system, ensuring that your files are backed up and available on any device. OneDrive is accessed via your school email account at https://onedrive.gdst.net

As an alternative to using your web browser, OneDrive has Apps for all the major Operating Systems. The OneDrive App allows you to save your files for offline use, for when your device is not connected to the Internet.

Some school resources are saved onto Microsoft SharePoint, which can be accessed via https://gdsto365.sharepoint.com/sites/RoyalHigh

Teachers also make use of OneNote, which can save all of your class notes online. Please visit https://www.office.com/ or download and use the OneNote App.

If you save documents directly to your device and do not back them up, you are running the risk of losing your files should your device fail or generate a fault.
