While the coping mechanisms we analyse and discuss are generally effective for helping people cope with all manner of problems, Enlightened can only personally attest to the impact of said mechanisms for a limited number of mental health issues. This is not to say that people struggling with an issue that is unlisted below will not benefit from Enlightened. All people are welcome to follow Enlightened, and contribute their experiences, and the tools provided are there to support people throughout many different challenges. However, those struggling with an issue listed below will be able to find more specified advice, and more personal experiences.
