Hi everyone! My name is Brooke, and I’m from Swansea, Massachusetts. I’m a senior majoring in Communicative Disorders with minors in Education and Human Development & Family Sciences, and I’m so excited to serve as URISSLHA’s Vice President this year! My goal is to create more opportunities for members to connect, learn, and explore the field through interactive meetings, guest speakers, and professional experiences while building a welcoming and supportive community within URISSLHA.

My name is Lily Niquette and I am from Smithfield, Rhode Island. Being a part of this organization has provided me with many opportunities to expand my knowledge within the field and build close connections with students who share similar interests and goals. I am so excited to serve as URISSLHA’s secretary for the 2026-2027 year. I bring a strong work ethic, organization skills, reliability, and dedication to URISSLHA. I am extremely passionate about continuing to keep this organization structured, running smoothly, and well-organized while ensuring members stay highly informed and motivated through clear communication regarding upcoming events and meetings. Ultimately, I hope to encourage greater involvement among CMD majors to become actively involved in this club through promoting events that foster both professional and individual growth as well as the opportunity to create meaningful and lasting connections.

Hi! I’m Kieton Nunes, a Senior majoring in CMD and I’m from West Warwick, RI. I found the CMD track later into my college career and once I switched over, my passion for the field was immediate. My goal is to help grow URISSLHA and help more students find their place in the academic and CMD world alongside the rest of this great Executive Board!

Hi! My name is Victoria Scilla, and I am a senior from Whitestone, New York. Being a part of the organization URI Student Speech-Language-Hearing Association has been such a meaningful experience for me because it has allowed me to connect with other students who share the same passion for helping others. I love being involved in URISSLHA because it creates a supportive community where we can learn, grow, and make lasting memories together. As historian, my goal is to capture and share the moments that make our organization special while helping members stay connected and engaged through photos and events.

Hi! My name is Zoe Condon and I am a senior from West Warwick, Rhode Island. Throughout my time at URI, URISSHLA has been an amazing way for me to connect with other CMD students, especially students in different years of this major. Through this club, I have been able to participate in workshops, learn more about different areas of CMD, and make friends and connections that I can reach out to whenever I have questions or need support. My goal as a member of this board is to help get as many CMD students involved in URISSHLA as possible. I know how impactful and helpful this organization can be, and I hope as many students as possible experience that same sense of community and support!
