Neuroscience is an exploration of the brain and nervous system. It is the science of how we think, make decisions, perceive our world, and control our bodies. In this course we will explore current topics in Neuroscience from a biological perspective. The phenomenon-based approach will cover diverse topics including sensation and perception, structure and function of the nervous system, diseases of the nervous system, and evolution of the nervous system. There are opportunities for individualized learning based on student interest.
