Welding Technology II

The advanced welding course focuses on expanding the skills acquired in Welding Technology 1 and stresses advanced stick and MiG welding skills; multi-pass welding techniques, surface preparation, and print reading. We will then introduce two additional welding techniques: GTAW or “Tig welding” and Oxy-Acetylene gas welding. OSHA regulations and procedures will be taught and followed by all members of the class.
