Students will explore a variety of printmaking techniques including relief, monotype, collograph, silk-screen, stencil, and cyanotype. The focus of the course will be on learning the techniques and using them as a means of personal expression. Students will also study the history of printmaking, explore printmaking in contemporary art, as well as the commercial potential of the printmaking medium.
