Graphic Design will be a computer-based course focusing on art as it relates to commercial purposes with a strong focus on the principles of design and visual problem-solving. This includes advertising design, business forms and promotional/packaging materials. Students will gain proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, and Illustrator. Students attaining a C or better in this class are eligible to take Digital Media II.
Students may earn three (3) college credits for (GRA K1501 - Graphic Design I)through Three Rivers Community College if a “C” or better is earned in the course. Students must register for this opportunity by the deadline and are responsible for all fees. Upon successful completion of the course, students can request a transcript, and credits may be transferable to other institutions.
