When reporting attendance to the school please provide as much detail as possible.
When a student must be absent from school, parents should either:
call the attendance secretary no later than the day of the absence and provide notification of the reason and expected duration of the absence.
submit absence via the Powerschool Parent Portal. Once logged in, choose "Attendance Monitor" on the left-hand side. Please enter the necessary information and submit it. For a tutorial on this process, click on this link
A doctor's note is required if the student is absent for 3 or more days. If a student has 9 absences then for every absence after that, a doctor's note is required.Â
