HOW TO ORDER YOUR OFFICIAL HIGH SCHOOL TRANSCRIPT
Step 1
Contact Counseling Office Secretary, Amy O'Neal (715-425-1830 ext. 3717) to request a personal code to set up Parchment Account
Step 2
Set up a Parchment account with the personal code - USE YOUR PERSONAL EMAIL ADDRESS
Step 3
Confirm your transcript looks correct - Update:
Make sure you are in the "Dashboard"
Click on the image of your transcript
Review it looks correct
If it doesn't look correct, click "UPDATE" - Amy will update it
WAIT to order your transcript until it is updated
If it looks correct, you don't need to update and can proceed
Step 4
Select where you would like your transcript to go and order! Cost is $5. Contact the Counseling Office if in need of Fee Waiver.

SCN (Start College Now)
CVTC Academies
TC-Transcripted Credit (in order to receive TC, students must register for the credit at the time of taking the course.
