SAT

The SAT is a college admission test measuring knowledge of reading, writing and math. Most students take the SAT or ACT, during their junior or senior year of high school. Most colleges and universities use either of these tests to make admission decisions. Selective colleges may use the SAT subject tests for admission, for course placement and to advise students on course selection.
