Start College Now (SCN) allows WI public school students that have completed 10th grade to have the option to take courses at technical college. (38.12 (14)) It is the responsibility of the student/family to read through all related documents. This includes understanding all deadlines, requirements, credits, and transfer as well as the registration process.Â
