RFHS Schedule Change Procedure

UPDATES FOR 2025-2026 SCHOOL YEAR:
Schedule changes for Term 1 and Term 2
Schedule change requests can be made from the time you receive your schedule until Tuesday, August 19th, 2025 at 3pm. The schedule change request window for Term 1 and Term 2 classes is closed after that date.
Schedule changes for Term 3 and Term 4
Schedule change requests can be made from the time you receive your schedule until Friday, December 12th, 2025 at 3pm. The schedule change request window for Term 3 and Term 4 classes is closed after that date.
STEPS TO REQUEST A SCHEDULE CHANGE:
1) REVIEW THIS FIRST: Can I Change My Schedule?
2) REVIEW THE MASTER SCHEDULE - Search class options for the change you are requesting, and keep in mind that some class offerings may be full.
3) FILL OUT FORM COMPLETELY: Schedule Change Request 2025-2026
Please submit only one form for all your schedule change requests.
4) Your counselor will email you and your parent/guardian with the status of your schedule change request by the following dates:
Term 1 and Term 2 : Thursday, August 28th, 2025
Term 3 and Term 4: Friday, December 19th, 2025
SCHEDULE CHANGE REQUESTS WILL NO LONGER BE CONSIDERED AFTER:
Term 1 and Term 2 : Tuesday August 19th @ 3:00 pm
Term 3 and Term 4: Friday, December 12th @ 3:00 pm
Exceptions to the Schedule Change Request deadlines include:
Failing a core class
Participation in:
WBL/YA (Work-Based Learning/Youth Apprenticeship)
SCN (Start College Now) and ECCP (Early College Credit Program) classes
CVTC High School Academies
Incoming 9th grade Registration Guide

Incoming 11th grade Registration Guide
Incoming 12th grade
