Schedule Change Information
Information Regarding Schedule Changes:
Every effort is made to honor courses selected during the registration or enrollment process. School Counselors and Administrators determine the rationale of schedule changes and school administration reserve the right to approve or deny requests.
Steps to request a schedule change:
REVIEW FIRST: Can I Change My Schedule?
Master Schedule - Review other class options for the change you are looking to make (keep in mind that some class offerings may be full)
Fill out the Schedule Change Form - FILL OUT FORM COMPLETELY
Submit to your School Counselor via Email
Your School Counselor will email you if your request is unable to be fulfilled
SCHEDULE CHANGES WILL NO LONGER BE CONSIDERED AFTER THE 2ND DAY OF THE TERM
Term 1 Due: September 7th, 2023 (end of school day)
Term 2 Due: November 8th, 2023 (end of school day)
Term 3 Due: January 24th, 2024 (end of school day)
Term 4 Due: April 9th, 2024 (end of school day)
