Art teacher at Rueifang Junior High School in New Taipei City, with a Master's degree in Fine Arts from National Taiwan Normal University.

Recognized as an Excellent Teacher in Technological Education in New Taipei City in 2015 and as an Outstanding Teacher for Special Education in 2017.

Also a Seed Teacher for iPad in 2018,

A product review committee member for "Digital Campus Content and Teaching Software" under the Ministry of Education,

An expert in digital teaching materials consultation for the National Education Arts Field Counseling Group under the Ministry of Education, and a lecturer for the competence-oriented standardization-based assessment of the National and Preschool Education Bureau under the Ministry of Education.

Additionally, a member of the New Taipei City Smart Counseling Group since 2021,

A lecturer for the "Learn Together" workshop under the Ministry of Education in 2022,

A training lecturer for View Sonic in 2022

A cooperative lecturer for Straight A & Studio A and BenQ Kukeshijiu in 2022.

As a cross-domain award-winning instructor, he has guided students to win the Platinum Award at the International Cyberfair in 2019,

As well as 4 Gold and 3 Silver awards from 2009 to 2017.

1971年生於台北

1982年父、母親相繼離世，由三伯父、母撫養成長

1994年「圓一個一圓」三人聯展於台北市社教館；畢業於中國文化大學美術學系

1994年參與自由創作，並加入台視「談笑書聲」、中視「香蕉新樂園」節目陳設工作

1995年開始於瑞芳國中擔任美術科代理代課老師兼任導師

1999年考取正式教職

2008年國立台灣師範大學美術研究所碩士

2009年論文間接推動台北市中山堂孫中山立像豎立六十周年活動

2010年肝炎急性發作，GOT、GPT數值高達2300以上，辦理延長病假三個月

1999-2019年期間指導校內外學生、團體參加學生美術比賽獲得縣/市級前三名成績八十餘次，全國級比賽前三名五次，國際網界比賽國際白金獎1次、國際金獎4次、國際銀獎3次

2011年獲選「100年全國中小學美術教育家聯展」

2015年獲選「103學年度新北市技藝教育績優教師」；「圓一個一圓」個人限定展於台北市藝次元美術空間

2015年-現在主責校內多項建築視覺形象:彩虹牆、圖書室、圖書室外牆、藝術光廊、活動中心外牆、東側向外建築牆、職探中心、英語情境教室外牆、電梯外牆

2016年喪偶；策劃「山城藝術家聯展」；「廣達游於藝設計學習-黑鄉傳奇」

2017年獲選「106學年度新北市特殊優良教師」

2018年-現在獲選IPAD種子教師，現在為視覺藝術組組長

初到瑞中，我將畢冊題名「華雨紛紛」。悉想：同學聚學在此，待畢業，似雨點，四處紛落，就像是所見的山城景象。心中總是期盼著：孩子們就像瑞芳的種子，在各處花開綻放。

瑞芳山城，過去是以採煤聞名。百年前，台灣第一位水彩畫家倪蔣懷在此植下最早西洋藝術之苗；他放棄學歷深造，轉而實質奔走資助成就整個台灣美術運動…。稍後出沒在此的洪瑞麟等藝壇前輩們，以及用作品參與的許多畫家、電影導演…不同世代、不同形式，莫不將創作生命的精華浸潤在這片泥土。

瑞芳的故事娟美、深遠，在教科書裡卻從不存在！這兒擁有雅潤金黃臘石、過人文化縱深、典樹的山城，微雨略過、行旅輕忽過。

現在的瑞芳成為新北市的觀光重鎮，黃金博物園區、驚豔水金九等活動相繼推出，讓大家看到瑞芳民間的綠意仍興，火把節、釘畫、瀝青畫、泥人、風箏…華雨紛紛，文化、歷史、遭遇、理想，美的力量還在！

所以，我期望承繼「樹美」、「樹人」精神，在此深耕，營造美的種子遍灑煤鄉，使這株文化大樹透過美術教育再次成為最精采之一隅。

文化:是一株樹透過土壤撼動另一棵樹

想像:是一朵雲透過天空推動另一朵雲

教育:是一個靈魂透過付出喚醒另一個靈魂

與瑞芳相遇，使我感受到教育的價值，從而體會年輕的可貴。我想告訴大家：山城依舊華雨芬芬，美的故事在此傳遞，這是事實，也是有意義的偶然！

When I first arrived at Ruifang Junior High School, I titled my graduation thesis "華雨紛紛" (which roughly translates to "Blooming in the Rain of Huaxia"). I thought about how my classmates gathered here to learn, and as graduation approaches, it's like raindrops falling everywhere, just like the scene of this mountain city. I always hoped that my students would be like seeds of Ruifang, blooming everywhere they go.

Ruifang, a mountain city in Taiwan, was once famous for coal mining. One hundred years ago, Ni Jianghuai, the first watercolor painter in Taiwan, planted the earliest seed of Western art here. He gave up his education to support and contribute to the entire art movement in Taiwan. Many senior artists such as Hong Ruilin, as well as many painters and film directors who participated with their works, have all immersed the essence of their creative lives in this land, regardless of generation or form.
