As a licensed professional counselor and supervisor, she specializes in experiential, nature-based, and animal-assisted therapies that empower clients of all ages to reclaim their stories and create meaningful change. Tiffany leads with clarity, creativity, and a strong commitment to building spaces where healing, growth, and belonging are possible.
Chief Operating Officer
Lisa brings over 20 years of expertise, specializing in life transitions, grief, loss, and the aging journey. She primarily works with adults, offering virtual counseling to make support accessible and convenient. With rich experience in residential, inpatient, and outpatient settings, Lisa's trauma-informed approach is grounded in family systems, DBT, and CBT interventions. Her warm, collaborative style fosters a safe space for clients to explore their challenges and find meaningful growth. As Co-Owner and Director of our CORE: Intensive Outpatient Program, Lisa is dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s most pivotal moments with compassion and skill.
SeraGwen graduated from the counseling program at Texas State University. During her internship she offered counseling services to students and alumni working with a diverse population of different ages and backgrounds. She addressed a wide range of issues such as career guidance, academic challenges, anxiety, stress, depression, grief, trauma, self-esteem, and social/relationship problems. SeraGwen is inclusive and supportive of individuals of all genders and an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community. She has experience working with children, teenagers, and adults, and she is particularly passionate about animal-assisted counseling, play therapy, and group work.
Caitlyn holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Denver and specializes in improving emotional regulation and parent-child communication with young children and their parents. Caitlyn utilizes play therapy, ACT, nature therapy, and animal-assisted therapy. For older teens and adults, she incorporates mindfulness-based practices and behavioral theory.
Caitlyn believes that while each person has the innate ability to achieve their most essential goals, sometimes we need an outside perspective or additional insight to fully realize this ability and transform our lives. Caitlyn is particularly passionate about working with those who may find therapy intimidating. If you struggle to feel understood or previously had a negative therapy experience, Caitlyn is eager to help.
When she’s not seeing clients, Caitlyn can be found hanging out with her partner and their rescue dogs.
Chris earned a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Texas State University, works from a cultural relational therapy framework. This approach focuses on creating safe and empowering relationships to explore past and current relationships, ultimately helping clients improve self-awareness, manage emotions, and mend relational trauma.
Chris is trained in individual, group, play, and filial therapy, allowing work with clients of all ages. They have experience with a diverse population, including parents, Black and POC individuals, LGBTQIA+ community members, neurodivergent children and adults, and survivors of intimate partner violence. Chris looks forward to collaborating with clients on their journeys.
Shauna is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) with a master's degree in Professional Counseling from Texas State University. She specializes in individual counseling for adults and teenagers, focusing on grief and life transitions. Shauna uses a compassionate and client-centered approach, tailoring various therapeutic techniques to meet her clients' unique needs. She believes in building strong rapport and trust, providing a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their feelings and work towards healing and personal growth.
Shauna partners with Puck, her animal-assisted therapy partner. Together, they trained at the Animal Assisted Counseling Academy at Texas State University and are certified to practice under supervision. Puck and Shauna offer a comforting and therapeutic presence, enhancing the counseling experience with additional emotional support and facilitating the healing process.
Sravya is a licensed social worker in Texas, a psychotherapist in India, and a certified yoga instructor. She offers therapy as a relational, body-informed, and reflective space where clients can explore the stories that shape their lives—identity, relationships, emotions, and lived experience. Her work emphasizes safety, curiosity, and connection, supporting clients in listening to the wisdom of both mind and body during times of stress or transition.
Sravya works with adolescents and adults navigating grief and loss, life transitions, relational challenges, anxiety, and mood concerns. Her approach is inclusive, affirming of all genders, and grounded in cultural humility, with a strong commitment to LGBTQIA+-affirming care. She integrates mindfulness, breathwork, storytelling, and expressive practices to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and resilience. With adolescents, she creates an approachable, non-judgmental space that encourages authentic expression and growth.
She completed her clinical social work training at The University of Texas at Austin and is licensed as an LMSW in Texas. Originally from India, Sravya brings a global and interdisciplinary perspective to her work, informed by her background in psychotherapy, yoga, and IT engineering. Outside of therapy, she finds restoration in community, chai, picture books, and watching sunsets—grounding practices that reflect her belief in slowing down and finding healing in everyday moments.
