Caitlyn utilizes play therapy, ACT, nature therapy, and animal-assisted therapy. For older teens and adults, she incorporates mindfulness-based practices and behavioral theory.
Caitlyn believes that while each person has the innate ability to achieve their most essential goals, sometimes we need an outside perspective or additional insight to fully realize this ability and transform our lives. Caitlyn is particularly passionate about working with those who may find therapy intimidating. If you struggle to feel understood or previously had a negative therapy experience, Caitlyn is eager to help.
When she’s not seeing clients, Caitlyn can be found hanging out with her partner and their rescue dogs.

Fernando Aguilar, LPC, brings a calm, steady presence to the therapy room—grounded, relatable, and quietly confident in his clients’ ability to grow. His style is strengths-based and practical, with a laid-back nature that helps people feel at ease, while still offering clear structure, skill-building, and meaningful accountability. Clients often experience Fernando as someone who can hold both: a safe, unpressured space to be real, and a steady guide who helps them move forward.
Fernando works with adults, teens, and children, building connection through genuine curiosity, humor when appropriate, and an emotionally attuned approach that meets clients where they are. He prioritizes trust, collaboration, and client autonomy—helping individuals name what matters to them, identify patterns that keep them stuck, and practice new ways of coping that fit their personality and life. His approach supports both emotional insight and real-world change, especially for clients who want therapy to feel natural, not clinical.
Fernando is fluent in Spanish and is committed to culturally responsive care. He creates a space where clients feel respected and understood—where strengths are named out loud, progress is recognized, and growth is approached with steadiness, compassion, and a down-to-earth style.
