Clearances

All parents who would like to volunteer for class trips, etc.. must have the following clearances:

Criminal Record Check

Child Abuse History Certification

To access the Criminal Record Check, go to

Select "New Record (Volunteers only)"

To access your Child Abuse Clearance, go to:

Follow prompts.

Please keep in mind that the turnaround time for clearances can be up to 2 weeks. When you receive your clearances, or if you already have your clearances, please send in a copy for our files. Thank you!
