Managing work/school/life balance and satisfaction; exploring career decisions and planning for the future in line with your own core values and needs
Building coping skills for emotion regulation- anxiety, depression, stress, and other mood disorders; psychoeducation and developing effective strategies for neurodiversity, including ADHD and high-functioning autism
Challenging negative, false beliefs and identifying compassionate truths to improve how you talk to yourself and make proactive choices in your best interest
