We know your time is valuable, which is why Tigers on Two is designed to share quick, meaningful strategies you can put into practice right away. In just 15 minutes or less, you’ll gain practical wellness tips and learn how your benefits can support your overall well-being.



Each session will focus on connection, belonging, and community knowing that thriving as educators isn’t just about what we do individually, but how we support ourselves, one another, and our students. All staff are welcome to join!
