That screaming match you just had with your spouse as they are walking out the door. The lack of confidence to simply ask for the raise you deserve from your boss. Feeling alone and just wanting someone to talk, yet you can’t muster the strength to pick up the phone to call a friend. Do you wish you had the skills to get out of your own way, be mindful of situations no matter how big or small, feel empowered to have control over your own destiny? Seems overwhelming? It can be, but you aren’t alone. I am here to help you discover the skill set you have inside yourself to control your reactions and situations to set you up for the life you are meant to live...not to mention ENJOY!
My name is Audrey, and my one goal after every session is that you are one step closer to being the best version of yourself. I offer individual counseling, family counseling, several group counseling options including Informed Dialectical Behavioral Therapy skills and continuing care, substance use and mental health evaluations, and adults who sexually harm evaluations. If my clients could say one thing about what they take away from our sessions, it is: “No matter how hard it seems, I can handle anything that comes my way.”
It's much easier than you think to navigate the challenges in life, but it does take finding the right skill set for each individual client to thrive in their life!
