Study Circle # 1 

As a team leader, you can decide how much of this content you want to cover and how you want your team to engage with it. 

• You might ask team members to come prepared to discuss the material

• You can study and discuss it together during your meeting

• You can also divide and conquer—assign different sections to team members, then have everyone teach and share what they learned with the group

Please make sure your team understands that their Study Circle responses are not just for this activity. They will use and revisit this material in the future. 

As we progress, we will build on these ideas, make connections across the different activities, and begin to connect the dots.

Purpose: Develop a strong understanding of our RC Charism.

These are the objectives for this plan of study:

1.  Be able to explain the RC Spirituality and Mission (in your own words or reiterate it as written)

2. Explore the 5 Elements of Life in RC 

3. Apply what you discover in the 5 Elements of Life in RC to your preliminary plan for growth this year (what do you desire, what might you commit to). 

Lesson # 1  Regnum Christi Charism and Mission

3. Discuss the Regnum Christi Spirituality: what does that mean to you?

4. Discuss the Regnum Christi Mission: how do you need to grow in order to execute the mission?
