Each team's monthly calendar is built around two touchpoints:
Encounters with Christ each month, as scheduled by teams.
One Encounter with Christ each month, intentionally left open so the team leader can discern what her team most needs. This flexibility allows her to respond to where her members are, spiritually and relationally, in any given season.
One Study Circle each month, except in December.
One Encounter with Christ each month, intentionally left open so the team leader can discern what her team most needs. This flexibility allows her to respond to where her members are, spiritually and relationally, in any given season.
Once each semester, teams also set aside time during an Encounter to revisit their Program of Life and their Promises to Christ together, renewing their shared commitments as a team.
Regnum Christi defines Encounters with Christ as "an activity that characterizes the life of Regnum Christi and develops in a climate of prayer. It consists of two fundamental parts: the prayerful reading of a passage of the Gospel, and the apostolic discernment of situations or current events from real life. The members of a team seek to nourish their spiritual and apostolic life with it by helping one another along on the path to holiness, formation, and apostolic action."
Encounters follow this format:
The Gospel Reading
Sharing Gospel Lights
Spontaneous Prayer
Apostolic Discernment of Reality
Prayer Intentions
