    • Start a session on your mobile device. The device will generate a URL and a QR code for students to access.

  • Use OneNote with Microsoft Translator (web or app)

  • Student selects View > Live Captions in OneNote

  • Student enters code generated by Microsoft Translator

  • Student selects preferred language

  • Student can highlight words from the lecture and take notes on the OneNote page

  • OneNote will save entire transcript (great for ARDs!)

Dictation tool in Word

    • Very accurate speech-to-text tool

    • Directions at right refer to the online (Office 365) version of Word

    • For tablet devices, use the microphone near the keyboard.
