Digital Literacy

With more and more of our Grammar children having access to the web, please take time to educate them to discern true and good information.  When I teach 5th and 6th grade students about databases, I touch, very briefly, on determining if a piece of information fits what they are looking for.  Digital literacy is not part of the Grammar Library curriculum.

The Upper School librarian, Fran Rader, has designed wonderful webpages devoted to information and digital literacy.  I have used some of her curated information here.   As your students move through Logic and Rhetoric, they will exercise their digital literacy muscles.
