· Receive referrals from DFPS – CPU
· Identify appropriate match for referral
· Obtain management approvals
· Coordinate placement with CPU and verified foster home
· Prepare applicable intake paperwork, including Service Planning
· Generate child record and obtain necessary paperwork from DFPS
· Account for location and status of each child in care
· Ensure/coordinate basic needs services (food, shelter, clothing, medical {including psychiatric and medication management})
· Ensure service plan delivery (as available)
· Monitor placement for appropriateness, adjust as necessary
· Provide support for discharge and adoptive changes
· Coordinate with DFPS staff
· Provide support for incidents and emergencies involving foster children, including Medical, Educational, Behavioral, Legal
· Provide support for emergency placement disruptions, including placement changes as necessary
· Maintain complete child and family records, employee records, contractor records
· Ensure appropriate access to critical information, either in electronic or physical form
· Protect sensitive data from unauthorized access
· Ensure payment of payroll payments, foster home reimbursements, expense reports and vendor payments
· Provide support of electronic records system, including backup and recovery
· Ensure effective internal and external communications during and after an incident
