The Way of Light

In SHA, we celebrate the Easter season with a Mass and an Easter Liturgy the first Monday back at school. It is at this first liturgy that we begin the Stations of the Light together. Each week, we do two more stations bringing a classroom candle with us into the hall. The hallways are lined with students as we pray together.

Bells replace the sound of a drum as we joyfully remember the events from Jesus resurrection until the sending of the Holy Spirit at Pentecost which signals the end of the fifty day Easter season.
