Welcome to the K–6 Alberta Social Studies Curriculum Support Hub

This website was created by Christ the Redeemer Catholic Schools to support teachers as they begin implementing the new K–6 Social Studies curriculum. Here, you’ll find ready-to-use curriculum support documents in both English and French for every grade level from Kindergarten to Grade 6.

In collaboration with Rupertsland Institute, Elder Saa'kokoto, and Métis Knowledge Holders, we are proud to provide lesson plans and resources that meaningfully support the First Nations, Métis, and Inuit outcomes embedded in the curriculum.

We’ve also included a Sharing Hub, where teachers can contribute their own resources and explore ideas shared by colleagues.
