Bringing ideas to life: Student projects in action
Grade 4s
The Grade 4 students were occupied this week as they completed projects that focused on structures in all subjects.
This included structures in building as well as structures in their daily life such as their family tree, writing their own stories and finding out a little bit more about what surrounds them.
Grade 5s
The Grade 5s were busy this week as they wrote and developed projects about dinosaurs using information and skills they have learnt throughout the term.
They were able to make posters, make a dinosaur skeleton, create a robot dinosaur and further develop their oral skills by preparing a speech for the class.
Grade 6s
The Grade 6 students were hard at work in the kitchen as they focused on all things Masterchef. They developed their speaking skills, their email writing skills as well as their skills in the kitchen.
Grade 7s
The Grade 7s covered the topic life and all things related to living things. They focused on developing skills such as the drawing of maps, writing essays and learning the different parts and processes of life.
The Victory is Ours!
The Senior Preparatory students played their very first chess matches against Copperleaf College and won 31-8!
We are super proud of them!
All Grade 4-7 students must wear Formal Uniform on Tuesdays for assembly.
