Why sesnsory play? 

Sensory play is so important for the learning experience of the child. It encourages the individual to explore while establishing a variety of skills such as creative thinking, problem solving, and collaboration to name but a few. It also focuses on the holistic growth of the child, incorporating both motor skills and language development.

Here in the ELS, sensory play is a daily occurrence - from messy outside play to beautifully unique sensory artworks using many different materials. Yes, sensory play is packed full of opportunities to learn and develop, but best of all...it is heaps of fun!
