1. Click your initials on the upper right corner and select "My Account"
2. Under settings, select "SMS" Tab then click on "+Add SMS Message"
3. Configure the following and Hit "Save Changes"
4. Once all templates are added select "Dial sessions" Tab then click on "Dispositions"
5. To view the dispositions, select A or B dialing set
6. Click on the pencil icon to edit the disposition
7. Select the template you need to assign on the disposition and hit "Save Changes"
