You can apply for a DoorDash Crimson account by visiting the Earnings tab within the Dasher app and following the instructions shown. No credit check required, and no fee to apply.

You’ll need to confirm your personal information, address and Social Security number submitted when creating your Dasher account. In some cases, you may be asked to provide a form of government ID as well. If you need to update any of the information submitted previously, please reach out to Dasher Support at 1-855-973-1040.
Many applicants are approved right away! If your application requires additional information, you may be asked to provide a form of government ID within the DoorDash Crimson application flow. In the event that your application isn’t approved right away, you will receive a status update in the Dasher app. It may take up to 3 business days to review and respond.
While it may take 7-10 business days for your physical card to arrive in the mail, you’ll have immediate access to a virtual card, and account details, as soon as you are approved for a DoorDash Crimson account. You can use the details from the virtual card, available in the Dasher app, for making online purchases and completing bank transfers until the physical card arrives. You can also add your card to your Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or Samsung Wallet.

The virtual card allows you to access your Crimson account for your Dasher earnings automatically and to make online purchases, pay bills, and complete money transfers. You can add your virtual card to your Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or Samsung Wallet. Once you activate your physical card, you will always have access to your card information within the Dasher app, alongside the physical card.
No, you will be issued a virtual card in your Dasher app that can be used while you wait for your physical card to arrive. Your default payout method will automatically switch to DoorDash Crimson when you are approved. Once you start receiving your DoorDash earnings in your DoorDash Crimson account, use your virtual card for online purchases, bill payments, transfers to other bank accounts and more.

Click the “Replace your card” button within the Crimson Hub on the Earnings screen. You will be prompted to give the reason for needing a card replacement and asked to verify your address. Once you request to replace your card, you will be issued a new virtual card and a new physical card will be shipped to your address. Please note: there is a $5 fee for lost or damaged cards, charged directly to your DoorDash Crimson account

You can earn cash back by using your DoorDash Crimson Card for qualifying gas purchases at the pump and electric vehicle charging stations. Reward offer limits and conditions apply and cash back rewards on gas limited to $600 in total spend per calendar month. Cash back rewards will be eligible to redeem in the DoorDash Crimson Hub in the Earnings tab of the Dasher app after purchase.
Cash back is collected in a separate sub-balance and is redeemable at any point. All you have to do is click "Redeem to balance". Once you redeem your rewards, they will instantly move to your DoorDash Crimson Available Balance and can be used to transact.

The “DoorDash Crimson” app experience is protected by biometric authentication for protection and security.
You can see your DoorDash Crimson Available Balance within the Earnings tab of your Dasher app.
No. Once your DoorDash Crimson application is approved, you’ll automatically receive payouts after every dash, at no fee, to your DoorDash Crimson account, so you'll no longer need to cash out daily with Fast Pay. To switch back to weekly direct deposits (with the option of withdrawing funds daily with FastPay for a $1.99 fee), tap the “View payout details” button on your Earnings screen, and select the "Change Payout Method" button.
You can use your account number and routing number for your account to set up direct deposits. This information is located in the Account Details section of your Crimson Hub of the Dasher app

If you have a DoorDash Crimson account and would like to delete your DoorDash data, please contact Dasher Support at 1-855-973-1040 so we can assist you with your request. Note that your Crimson account data is generally exempt from US state privacy laws that provide for a right of deletion. DoorDash will retain and safeguard your Crimson account data in accordance with applicable legal and contractual requirements. If you do not have a Crimson account and would like to delete your data, please use one of the methods described in DoorDash’s Dasher Privacy Policy.
If your Dasher account is deactivated, you will continue to have access to your DoorDash Crimson account information and any funds. To access your account, reach out to Customer Support at 1-855-973-1040. You can also use an ATM to check your account information, withdraw funds, make transfers, or conduct other activities. After you apply for DoorDash Crimson, your account will be closed at a later date. If you have a remaining goal wallet balance on DasherDirect, and you initiate a transfer to DoorDash Crimson, we will automatically redeem your outstanding DasherDirect rewards and link your account so you can transfer your full balance to your new Crimson account.

1. Transfer through the Crimson Hub of the Dasher App. Navigate to the 'Earnings' Tab and enter your Crimson account. Click on 'Transfer funds' and add a new bank account. Click 'Manually verify instead' and enter in the account and routing number of your DasherDirect account. In 2-3 days, you will receive an email to verify the microdeposits in your account to finish linking your DasherDirect account. Once you have verified your account, you can go back into the Crimson Hub to initiate a transfer. Transfers take up to 3 business days to complete.
2. Transfer through the DasherDirect app. Visit your DasherDirect app and click on 'More'-->'Move Money'-->'Send Money'. From here you can manually add your new Crimson account and routing number and initiate a transfer of your DasherDirect balance to your Crimson account. This transfer may take up to 5 business days."
Your funds transfer may take up to 5 business days to arrive in your Crimson account if you initiate in the DasherDirect app or up to 3 business days if you initiate in your Crimson Hub of the Dasher app.
You can transfer your funds at any time by going into the Crimson hub of your 'Earnings' tab in the Dasher app.
If you need your funds immediately, you can spend the money on your existing DasherDirect account. If you initiate a transfer of your existing DasherDirect balance to your Crimson account it may take 3-5 business days to complete.
