LeaderZone is specially created for Managers. The LeaderZone metrics will give you visibility into how your team is doing. In addition, LeaderZone allows you to engage with their team members by sending messages, to the whole team or individually, through the Axonify platform.

How many members of your team have logged onto the platform in the last 30 days?

How often have they have logged on in the last 30 days?

Is there anyone on your team that has NOT logged on in the last 7 days?

*ADMIN Zone can only be accessed on the website. It is not available on the app.

Topic Progress

IN ADMIN ZONE: Allows you to find out what learners have completed topics.

Click anywhere on the topic progress bar.
Choose the Subject
Keep clicking on the topic until you reach the one you're looking for.
Export Summary and then filter accordingly.

This is where you can generate one time or scheduled reports for the following:

Scheduled Data Exports
New export
Name the report
Choose Type
Date range
Choose data to be included by checking and then clicking add (user name, etc.)

All Time Reward Points

This is where you can generate one time or scheduled reports for the following:

Scheduled Data Exports
New export
Name the report
Choose Type - USER REWARD POINTS
Choose date range
Choose data to be included by checking and then clicking add
Click RUN
Go to Scheduled reports to retrieve the report.
Report will download into an excel file - you will need to add up points for each learner

USER STATUS for Topics in a Learner's Knowledge Map

NOT STARTED - the learner has not started the questions, launched a course or played a video.

BEGINNER - the learner has just started answering questions.

INTERMEDIATE - the learner has answered all questions once with an average > 80% (for topics with questions).

GRADUATED - the learner answered at least 2 iterations of the questions with an average >80%. They have completed a course or watched a video (if applicable)

EXPERT - answered 2 iterations of questions with an average of >90% and high confidence. (for topics with questions).

IMPORTANT: If you see 2 or 3 in the level column of the Knowledge Map, it means that those questions are ONLY delivered via Daily questions. Learners must graduate from level 1 questions (PATH & Daily) in order to move onto level 2 questions (Daily). Likewise for moving from level 2 to level 3 (Daily).

In order to get to Daily Questions, the learner must have completed every topic in their PATH.
