This is where Learners complete their mandatory topics. Once they have completed all topics, Learners will move into Daily Questions. Learners can complete as many topics as they wish in one session and in any order.
Once a Learner has completed the mandatory topics in their Learning PATH, they will start getting 3 - 5 questions to answer each day. They don't have to log in everyday, the goal is 2 to 3 times per week. They only take 3 to 5 minutes to complete and the Learner can play a game while answering them. (or skip the game and jump right into the questions)
Daily questions are assigned based on how a learner answered them previously. If they got a question wrong or were not confident, they will get it again in Daily questions. Daily questions include level 1, 2 and 3 questions.
A topic can be a set of questions, a video or a course (also called module) or a combination of all three!
This refers to topics that are QUESTIONS:
Level 1 questions - Recall (Learning Path)
Level 2 questions - Reinforcement (Daily Questions only - Learners do not have any control over when these are completed)
Level 3 questions - Application (Daily Questions only - Learners do not have any control over when these are completed)
This is where Learners can access resource documents, training materials, training videos and tips and tools on how to use the platform. These resources may also be linked in question explanations. This is NOT where Learners complete their training.
LTO training will always be in your Learning PATH prior to the menu launch:
If you were in Daily Questions, you will be switched back to Learning PATH to complete the LTO topics. As soon as they have been completed, you jump back into Daily Questions. Level 1,2 & 3 questions about the LTO will pop up periodically through the menu cycle.
If you hadn't completed your Learning PATH topics, you will see the LTO content in your list.
Refresher training is triggered when a Learner falls below 50% in a certain topic (Guided Learning or Daily Questions). They may have to complete a set of questions, watch a video or repeat a course.
Extra Training is not required so learners do not need to complete it and they do not get reward points if they do it. Learners can re-visit any of their assigned topics. Learners will receive the Training Module, if available, (option to skip the module) and a Quick Quiz (5 randomly selected questions from that topic difficulty level).They can do different level questions and any videos or modules that are included.
Topics in Extra Training will appear in the following order: Needs Coaching - Overconfident - Underconfident - Beginner - Intermediate - Graduate - Expert
The points on the Leader Board are only the points that were earned in the last 30 days. Any points earned prior to the last 30 days drop off...but just from the Leader Board, not from their all time reward points.
In JARVIS!!
1. Create a profile in Jarvis
2. Choose the appropriate job role on the ROLES tab and click update.
3. A profile will then be automatically created in RU Game.
You can change any of their information at any time and this will automatically update in RU Game. Check out the RMS / JARVIS Support Site for more details.

You don't!! The Learner can click on "forgot my password" on the landing page of RU Game. They can reset it right then and there by answering their security questions, or they can choose to receive an email link.
IMPORTANT!! If a learner fails their log in more than 3 times, they will be locked out completely. Please contact rugamesupport@recipeunlimited.com.
Go to JARVIS!
1. Click "add new user" and enter their email address
2. You will get a pop up message that says that email address is already in the system
3. Click allow
4. Click "here" to check the profile.
5. Confirm that your location is checked off (this will determine their team in RU Game).
6. Confirm that they have the correct role and that the status is approved.

Based on the last 30 days
1. Participation: 80% (non-participants 20%)
2. Frequency: 10 - 15 times (2 to 3 times per week)
Click MORE and choose ADMIN Zone (this can't be accessed on the app, you must visit the rugame.axonify.com)
1. Click anywhere in the Topic Progress bar
2. Click on the SUBJECT (left hand column) and then continue to click until you reach the topic you are looking for.
3. You will then see a list of your learners and whether they have not started or completed the topic.
4. You can also click "export summary" to get a report and filter it according to your needs.
IMPORTANT NOTE: You will see level 2 and level 3 topics listed, but remember that the platform automatically assigns those to the learner in Daily Questions. The Learner can't manually access those topics to complete them.
Click on NON-PARTICIPANTS. This will list your entire team with the number of days since their last log in.
What each USER STATUS means for Topics
NOT STARTED - the learner has not started the questions, launched a course or played a video
BEGINNER - the learner has just started answering questions
INTERMEDIATE - the learner has answered all questions once with an average > 80%
GRADUATED - the learner answered at least 2 iterations of the questions with an average >80%. They have completed or course or watched a video.
EXPERT - answered 2 iterations of questions with an average of >90% and high confidence.
