Allergy occurs when a person reacts to substances in the environment that are harmless to most people. These substances are known as allergens and are found in dust mites, pets, pollen, insects, ticks, molds, foods and some medications.
WHEN TO USE THE ALLERGY BUTTON
Upon placing the order the Guest Notifies the Service Provider that they have a FOOD ALLERGY
Click on Contactless Delivery
Click on Allergy
Add Notes: Food Allergy
Example: “Guest has NUT ALLERGY”
Service Provide Process
Upon completion of of the order - Service Provider to provide the ticket number and name of allergy to the Chat Monitor.
Chat Monitor to notify store via phone call with ticket # and allergy.
