GROUP ORDERING FAQ
Q. What is Group Ordering?
A. Group ordering is a NEW feature we’re introducing to our MOBILE and WEB to make it easier for groups of Guests to place an order together, all delivered or picked up at the same place.
Q. Where can our guests find the group ordering Application?
A. Mobile APP & Ordering using the https://www.swisschalet.com/ site.
Q. Can the call center edit the group order ?
A. Yes, only after the order is sent to Vers or the Store, The Group Order will show as a normal large order, the order can be modified, but only if the request is made by the Group Administrator - The group administrator is the person who paid for the order.
Q. Can our guests use CAA with Group Ordering?
A. Yes, The Administrator or the group can apply CAA to the order
Q. Can our guests use Scene with Group Ordering?
A. Yes, The Administrator or the group can apply Scene to the order
Q. Can the guest use Multiple Coupons with a Group Order?
A. The process does not change, You will use the same process as we do today, Guests cannot use multiple coupons with Group Orders.
Q. If the order goes into VERS what is the process?
A. The process does not change, You will use the same process as we do today.
Q. Is there a Service Fee associated with the Group Orders?
A. Yes, the standard service fee will be applied and should not be removed.
Q. Guest order failed upon submission - Credit Card/Scene Failed? What is the process - Guest is having issues with the link, what is the process?
A. The process does not change, You will use the same process as we do today.
Q. What is the credit process for Group Orders?
A. The process does not change, You will use the same process as we do today, The group Administrator must be the person you are speaking with for any credits.
Q. A group order invitee called to say, they were missing an item from their order, What is our process?
A. The group order invitee must contact the Group Administrator. (Do Not Provide the contact info as the invitee will have that info, Apologize and Provide info).
What to say? I am sorry you are missing (item), in order to resolve this mistake, please have the Group Administrator give us a call (Provide Call Back #) and we will be happy to assist help.
Q. How would I know who the Group Administrator is?
A. Same Process as today, Validate the guest contact information, First & Last Name, Email address, phone number and Company Number (Where Applicable).
Q. Can our guest use a Guest account to place group orders?
A. No, the guest must be a registered user on the Swiss Chalet site.
Q. The group Administrator encounters a Kount or Do Not Honor Error, What is the process?
A. The process does not change, You will use the same process as we do today.
Q. Guests would like to speak with a Manager regarding Group Ordering, What is our process?.
A. The process does not change, You will use the same process as we do today, reach out to the Live Chat or the Customer Service Team.
Q. Guests is unable to access the Group Order Link on the Swiss Chalet website, What is our process?
A. Ask the guest to fill out the form https://www.swisschalet.com/en/contactus.html on the Swiss Chalet Website.
Q. What is the limit when ordering using group ordering?
A. There is no limit when placing group orders.
Q. Guests order is over $1000,.00, What is our current process?
A. The process does not change, You will use the same process as we do today.
