Q: I am a registered Scene user - I am logged into the Swiss Chalet Account to place my order. Why do I need to now add my LAST NAME?
A: This is an additional security check against hackers and bots.
Registered Scene Users: (who are "logged in" with their Swiss Chalet account while ordering) will have to add their last name once, then it will be saved.
NON Registered Scene Users: Guest users (who decided not to log in, and are ordering as a Guest instead, will need to re-enter their last name each time they use their SCENE card.
Q: When I tried to use my scene card, and I am getting an error, What could be the problem?
A: The Guest Last Name must match the Scene Account. If the name does not match, The Guest will get an error message.
The Guest must re-enter the correct last name.
If the Guest suspects their last name on file is incorrect, they must update their SCENE account information by following SCENE's standard procedures for doing so. For more information, visit scene.ca.
